Very nice meat selection, first time visit and i found a beautiful porketta. Hopefully it turns out well. They had a nice selection of root vegetables to go with it. I also purchased some of there own jerky. It was very good. They even sell their own rendered lard.

The freshly prepared specials and sandwiches at the Sheridan food truck are incredibly delicious and and surprisingly affordable. A great local lunch spot if you work in the area.

Best butcher shop in town. They have a wide range of chicken, beef, pork, and seafood. The freezer case has any other kind of animal product. Custom cuts? No problem. Great deli counter and produce selection too!

The only place I've found close to home (I'm in NE, they're in SE) that has the ingredients for making fruit cakes in bulk bins. And at reasonable prices! I went for the glacee cherries and citron but found so much more. It's a wonderful market with lots of specialty items.
